Angry Birds World is situated in Doha Festival City Mall in Qatar, one of the largest and most prestigious shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in the region.
Complemented by Snow Dunes, an indoor Snow Park, and Virtuocity, an E-sports and Gaming Arena, it stands as a premier leisure destination in its own right. Angry Birds World is an amusement park that blends the features of a large family entertainment center and a small theme park. It offers a diverse range of attractions and activities in both indoor and outdoor areas, catering to visitors of all ages.

2016 – 2018
PRE-OPENING MANAGEMENT
ParkProfs managed the pre-opening efforts, beginning in 2016 with only two park professionals. We progressively expanded the team, eventually hiring a complete staff across various departments.
ParkProfs guided all departments in setting up key structures, including financial control, the ticketing system, the sales and marketing strategies, safety standards, IT infrastructure, ride management systems, food and beverage, and retail.
ParkProfs directed the implementation of all systems and ensured the entire team was prepared for the grand opening in June 2018.
GENERAL PARK MANAGEMENT
After the grand opening, ParkProfs managed Angry Birds World for an additional six months, fine-tuning all systems and guiding staff to optimise all park operations.
We focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment and team spirit for employees, ensuring profitability, and maintaining safety standards.
Simultaneously, pre-opening processes for Snow Dunes and Virtuocity, 2 other Parks in Doha Festival City Mall were in full development and were also managed by the ParkProfs team.
OPERATIONS CONSULTANCY IN QUALITY ISO IMPLEMENTATION
ParkProfs set up a Quality Management System according ISO Standards. All policies and procedures were formalised and organized in a structured system. Regular audits and inspections were conducted to assess compliance with the quality standards and procedures.
Additionally, a system for document control was implemented to ensure all policies, procedures, and records were maintained, updated, and made accessible to relevant personnel.
STAFF TRAINING PROGRAM > TRIMOO STAFF ACADEMY
in cooperation with Breda University in the Netherlands (BUAS), ParkProfs started a comprehensive staff training program for both onboarding new staff and for ongoing development for existing staff to ensure consistency, effieciency and continuous improvement.
The program combined classroom sessions along with hands-on training opportunities. Job specific trainings were implemented with a focus on guest service and safety standards and refreshment courses were planned every 4 months. Special programs were offered to support staff in pursuing further education or certifications related to their roles.
